The castle is at the heart of the town’s identity. The people of Alaquàs have worked hard to preserve and protect the castle. Its presence has played an important role in the development and history of Alaquàs.

Different noble families have owned the Lordship of Alaquàs, but the Torres-Aguilar family decided to build their “small summer residence”, which for many years was the seat of power.

Come and visit this building, declared a National Heritage Site in 1918. We will discover its different rooms and appreciate all the historical elements that have been preserved.
